The Wasabi Mayonnaise is crafted and harmoniously infused with authentic notes of freshly cultivated wasabi sourced from the company's Dorset and Hampshire farms, where it grows in pure spring water. Ingredients: Rapeseed oil, pasteurised free range egg yolk (10%), fresh wasabi (5%), vinegar, fresh horseradish, oriental mustard powder, salt, sugar.
