An exquisite blend of freshly squeezed yuzu juice and high-quality soy sauce crafted from whole soya beans aged in cedar casks. The skilled artisans of the Yugeta family artfully marry the umami richness of authentic soy sauce with the potent aroma of yuzu, creating a flavor that embodies the essence of Japanese cuisine. Perfect as a luxurious dip for sushi and sashimi, this blend also elevates dressings, sauces, and marinades.

Ingredients: Soy sauce (water, soya beans, wheat, salt), yuzu juice, mirin (rice, koji, alcohol - 2.3%  total content), dried shiitake mushroom, konbu kelp, yuzu extract (cold pressed Citrus junos oil), water.
