Italian pastry specialist, Fiasconaro, was founded in 1953 by Mario Fiasconaro and continues today as a family run business based in Castelbuono, Sicily. Tradizionale is a sweet, light and buttery panettone cake enriched with fresh candied orange peel + raisins and flavoured with Sicilian Zibibbo Marsala wine.
