Recently celebrating 100 years, the Leach Pottery Studio was founded in 1920 by Bernard Leach + Shoji Hamada. The studio continues to not only produce functional pottery to this day but also acts as an ambassador, promoting the craft and skill of pottery through training, teaching and community engagement. Leach is dedicated to the beauty of clay using local natural materials and sustainable practices to produce pottery with the Leach signature style that has become so influential to ceramicists over the past century.
These egg cups are reduction fired with a Dolomite glaze.
