Returns + Exchanges

Online Orders

If you wish to return all or any of your online purchase to us please notify us via email or telephone 01273 731 340 within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide the order number and specify the item(s) you wish to return. Please note that returns must be received in a suitable, re-saleable condition and include all original packaging. You will be responsible for the postage cost to return your item(s) and we advise that you use a tracked service.


Once we have received the return item(s), we will advise you via email that we have received and confirm that your refund has been made via the original method of payment. 


If you wish to exchange your purchase, please contact us in the first instance and we will confirm availability of your exchange. We can also offer a store gift voucher to be used at a later date if you prefer. We will then notify you via email that we have received your return and are ready to dispatch your exchange. Please note you will be required to pay the additional postage cost for your exchange if applicable.

In-store Purchases

If you wish to return all or any of your in-store purchase you must provide the original copy of your store receipt with your return. Only items in a re-saleable condition will be accepted and returned items can only be exchanged for goods or a store credit note. 



Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns of opened fragrance, beauty and grooming products.
