Native to Southwestern USA and Northwestern Mexico, white sage (salvia apiana) is an evergreen perennial shrub traditionally used by Native Americans in various holistic ceremonies. Traditionally used to safeguard against negativity, white sage is commonly used in the home to purify and cleanse energy.

To use: Simply light the bundle and allow to smoke then slowly walk throughout your home whilst the smoke drifts into the space. This is ‘smudging’. To extinguish, gently press the lit end into a ceramic bowl and hold until the stick burns out ready to be used again.
