Milk Chocolate With Hazelnuts
Based in Barcelona, Spain, chocolate specialist, Blanxart, was founded in 1954 by Chocolatier Francesc Agras and continues today under the steerage of Master Chocolatier, Xavier Cordom. Blanxart selects the finest single origin cocoa beans for all of their bars and continues to honour the traditional 'bean to bar' processes that have ensured Blanxart's reputation as a premium chocolatier.
Milk chocolate made using a minimum of 33% cocoa, with hazelnuts elaborated according to the traditional xocolatier method.
Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, powdered whole milk, hazelnuts, cocoa, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla natural flavouring. May content traces of milk, nuts and soy.
