Sanbaizu rice vinegar is delicately infused with premium natural ingredients: kombu (kelp), bonito fish flakes, mirin, and mushrooms, blended with water sourced from the Kumano mountains. The hand-controlled fermentation process yields a quintessentially Japanese flavor, rich in umami. Long kept as a secret among top chefs, this vinegar is perfect for marinating vegetables and enhancing the taste of dressings and sauces.

Ingredients: Pure rice vinegar, soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), amazake (rice, koji yeast, water), bonito flakes (fish), kombu seaweed, sugar, hon mirin (rice, koji yeast, alcohol – 0.34% total volume)
