Smoky Chilli Oil

White Mausu create Asian inspired chili oils known as rāyu, a condiment made from a vegetable oil base infused with chilli peppers and other ingredients.

The Smoky Chilli oil is spicy, sweet and salty. Flavoured with Morita chipotle, cinnamon, star anise and gochugaru (chilli powder), this condiment is perfect for rice bowls, noodles, grilled meats and vegetables.
