An authentic vegan-friendly ponzu sauce, where the zesty lime notes from fresh sudachi juice meld with the richness of kombu seaweed stock to create a robust umami flavour reminiscent of Japanese cuisine. Conveniently ready for use on salads or as a standalone dressing, this sauce serves as an exceptional dip for gyoza and sushi. Additionally, it imparts depth and rich flavour to sauces, stocks, and stir-fries, enhancing the overall culinary experience.

Ingredients: Hon mirin (rice, koji yeast, alcohol – 1.8% total volume), soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), Sudachi (citrus juice (22%)), kombu seaweed (9%), amazake (rice, koji mould, water).
