Yuzu Mayonnaise

The Wasabi Company are an award winning family-run business with farms in Dorset and Hampshire, specialising in growing and supplying fine Japanese ingredients. The first in Europe to successfully cultivate wasabi - The Wasabi Company now supply all kinds of wasabi products to top chefs, retailers and home cooks alike.

The aromatic and tart flavour of fresh yuzu, with notes of lemon, mandarin and grapefruit, combines exceptionally well with this all natural mayonnaise. An excellent topping to salmon or crab canapés, yuzu mayo also makes an original, zesty dip and is delicious  with avocado toast.

Ingredients: Rapeseed oil, pasteurised free range egg yolk (11%), vinegar, salt, sugar, oriental mustard powder, yuzu oil (cold pressed Citrus junos) (0.1%)
