Bamboo Grater

Founded in the late 19th century, Kohchosai Kosuga, are specialists in the design and manufacture of bamboo utensils for everyday use.

Bamboo is a renewable source that requires very little energy to regrow -  a sustainable alternative to timber and steel production.

This reversible grater has 2 options for large and fine shredding. The grater is ideal for vegetables such as carrots, radishes, courgette, ginger, etc...

The grater includes a hand-crafted bamboo scraper that will efficiently remove finely grated foods such as ginger and garlic from the grater.

Due to the natural material, colour variations will occur in the bamboo.
