Ingredients: Hon mirin (rice, koji yeast, alcohol – 1.8% total volume), soy sauce (water, *soybeans, *wheat, salt), Sudachi (citrus juice (22%)), kombu seaweed (9%), amazake (rice, koji mould, water).
